How do I save a route in TrackRoad?

Build your route first, select a vehicle, then click Save Route. Routes are saved by vehicle and date.

How do I load a saved route?

Click Load Route to open the calendar, choose a date range, click Find, then select the route you want to load.

Can I edit a saved route?

Yes. After loading a saved route, you can rename it, edit stops, delete stops, add stops, rebuild the route, or reverse stop order.

Saving & Loading Routes

TrackRoad lets you save routes by vehicle and date, then quickly reload them from a calendar — so your team can reuse, edit, and dispatch routes anytime.

Note: Saved routes remain available in TrackRoad for at least three years.

How to save a route🔗

Build your route first (directions must be generated).
Select the appropriate vehicle.
Click Save Route.

Click Load Route (calendar opens).
Select a date range and click Find.
Select the route you want.

Edit, rename, rebuild, or reverse a saved route🔗

Once a route is loaded, you can rename it and edit stops by hovering your mouse over a stop and selecting action icons.
