Re-arranging Stops
Sometimes you need to change an optimized route. TrackRoad lets you insert new stops,
remove stops, and drag-and-drop stops to change the order — even across multiple routes.
Best practice: make edits after “Build Route” to handle last-minute changes without rebuilding everything.
1) Open the route stops list🔗
To rearrange or insert stops, first expand the route stop list by clicking the blue dot next to the route name.
2) Insert a stop into an existing route🔗
Hover your mouse on any stop and click the “+” icon to insert a stop into the route.
This is useful when you need to add new deliveries without rebuilding the route.
Tip: Insert a stop near the closest delivery to reduce extra driving distance.
3) Rearrange stops using drag-and-drop🔗
Drag and drop stops to change the visit order. If you have multiple routes,
you can drag a stop from one route to another to balance workload or fix assignments.
- Drag stops to reorder quickly
- Move stops between routes
- Make same-day changes without rebuilding
