Re-arranging Stops

Sometimes you need to change an optimized route. TrackRoad lets you insert new stops, remove stops, and drag-and-drop stops to change the order — even across multiple routes.

Best practice: make edits after “Build Route” to handle last-minute changes without rebuilding everything.

To rearrange or insert stops, first expand the route stop list by clicking the blue dot next to the route name.

2) Insert a stop into an existing route🔗

Hover your mouse on any stop and click the “+” icon to insert a stop into the route. This is useful when you need to add new deliveries without rebuilding the route.

Tip: Insert a stop near the closest delivery to reduce extra driving distance.

Drag and drop stops to change the visit order. If you have multiple routes, you can drag a stop from one route to another to balance workload or fix assignments.
